The Ning'Tao won't have 1 but 2 different Kor captain cards . Skill 8 TOS Kor, and Skill 6 old Kor. Plus Admiral Martok and another Worf Captain. They better be good to give people a reason to take them over the other versions.


The Prometheus has some Romulan cards, which is exciting, but it also has a captain card for THE DOCTOR thst is just great.


The Bajorans get an admiral... yay... crickets, great none the less.

I'm most looking forward to seeing what abilities Rekar and Romulan Hijackers get!

The Ningtao and 2 Kors is great, Prometheus looks good

I can't decide if I am more excited about 2 Kors or the Doctor's captain card If you squint really hard ot looks like during the combat phase the Doctor can roll a die, on a hit or crit he becomes skill 10 on anything else he becomes skill 0, and the ship takes an aux token. For a 1 point captain that is pretty stellar . At skill 2 he will probably be the lowest skill out there, so there is no reason not to roll the die.

Looks good, but I figured Martok for a +2 skill, now all we need is both Kang's and a older Koloth.

Are they ever going to have Klingon Commander Kruge? I mean come on that's a big one missing from the line up.

The Prometheus Multi-Vector Assault Token intrigues me. It will be interesting to see how that works.

For the Doctor- I can totally see using one of the many Captains that are diables/discards for their ability, then use the Doctor, and then use one of the newer crew cards that say "If you captain skill is ever reduced below 4, this guy becomes the captain at skill 4". Throw in an Admiral for a + or two, and you'll be golden. I think the William T. Riker card from the Pegasus would be perfect for that.

Yeah, it's looking like Prometheus will be another "Must Have" ship for the Federation. Can I hope that the MU will get one too?

I'm probably most excited for the Bajoran ship. I have a soft spot for the smaller factions like Vulcan and Bajoran.

I think it's funny that Bajorans are turning out to be Vulcan light, when Vulcans are already Federation light. Does that make Bajorans diet caffeine free Federation

Pegasus Riker would be great to go along with the Doctor, but I think as more become available, Hood Riker is going to eclipse the others in play time.

Well, there is that Independent Crew guy from the last wave? The one that basically does the same thing (doesn't give a Captain bonus though).

It's interesting that there are now so many "Named Cards" with great abilities, but you can only take one of them. Like there are now 4 Worfs, and 5 Rikers I think? Not to mention the Data's and all the other crew that have 2+ cards. It would be nice if Wizkids came out with "Booster Cards"- kinda like resources, that you could add to other cards to make them better.

Just had a funny thought- the Prometheus and the elite talent "Picard Maneuver". Ah, NM. Picard Maneuver is a 3, 4, or 5 straight and you get another 5 straight. It would still work on the Prometheus I guess- it just would get to use it's straight 6. Damn, what a dial on that beast! It's like the Voyager's dial. Maybe better?

Kruge was an awesome and ruthless Klingon, hell he killed his woman, duty to the empire first. He is one of my top 5 favorite Klingons. I would love to see a card for 'Summary Execution' as an Elite Talent..when he killed his gunner, awesome. not sure how it would translate into the game.

Maybe he will have something like Culluh, to discard a crew for an extra action.

They need, NEED to do all three old timers... Kor, Koloth and Kang, and have some sort of amazing combo if you have all three on the same ship or same fleet or such (possibly even boosted higher with Jadzia with them)... They rocked.

Nice to see the Romulan cards, I'm tantalized by them.

Bajorans can suck a fat one, I'm so bored with them and wish they'd just incorporate them, kazon and a bunch of others into Indy fleet.

There was only ever one Bajoran I gave a damn about...

Hoping Pi will have a good Tomalak (who may yet be in the Terix) and a good Bochra, plus the guy who died when Worf wouldn't give him a transfusion
