after playing him for the first time today, I must admit he is very enjoyable to play, the only thing that as particularly hard with him is positioning the suns in the right place to help farm but you get used to it after a while, the trick is to damage minions with them then finish them with your aa, don't leave it up to the suns or you'll miss a lot of farm, kinda like with heimer's turrets.

I used to play this from time to time, but am back with a new account and more motivation to actually play. I normally run Ashe, but I'm still getting a feel for other champions and seeing who I like and don't like.

personally I wish riot would slow down their release schedule as I feel like we're still just getting to grips with taric. the champ looks ok I guess not one I'll pick up though as she seems a bit copy and paste from other champs (ziggs, sol, rek sai).

Would people be up for some gaming on sunday? I've been doing cho'gath jungling lately. Realised his increadible potential now that the new Void thingy and Dragon are so important. Maybe I should give nunu a spinn as well.

Well taliyah is finally out, has anyone tried her out yet?

Nah, and I don't intend to. She doesn't seem as interesting as the last two releases; both her appearance and her skill set seem bland.

Sol had an intriguing design and a cool kit.
Jhin had an amazing design and personality, and the marketing for him was pretty clever. His kit is neat too.

Taliyah is just...boring. Like, her face is in a permanent state of dull surprise.

hahaha, I had similar thoughts when I first saw here as well, as I said in a previous post, her abilities seem a bit copy paste as well (I'm thinking katarina, ziggs, rek/sol/azir/anivia) all in all too many wall and global transport ult champs.

I love her animations, though. They are adorable.

So, It's been a while since taliyah was released, we must be due a rework soon, if I recall correctly it had something to do with a certain grave digger. Has anyone heard when this might be due?

also, how about that sneaky Ryze update, that certainly wasn't something I was expecting, however I have to admit I do like the rework, although I haven't had much chance to play him yet due to his popularity.

Ryze is supposed to be super op right now. It does look more interesting than his previous incarnation though, which felt clunky to me.

I haven't been playing my main account lately, been leveling a smurf by the name of Forge of Vaul, but my main is Eyy Bubby. I'm on NA if anyone wants to add me, would be cool to get some games in with people! I mostly prefer solo lanes, but can support and am flexing my jungle muscles lately.

Havn't played through summer. I find that new hero to be pretty cool but he's another testimony to the insane mobility creep in lol of the last few years. Many heroes has been given insane mobility and in particlar half-the-map ults. It's cool but a little distressing that the mobility creep has shot up so high.

So riot finally release another game earning their name of Riot Games, but it's not another pc based game but a board game.


Mechs vs Minions is set to come out in the coming months and is an unusual move, but hopefully one that will pay off.
the game itself looks pretty good and I will probably pick up a copy. So then members of dakka what do you think of this and will you be getting a copy, seeing as it seems to be tailored more towards the tabletop/board gaming community within league (especially given the ridiculous confusion and misunderstanding as well as downright stupidity that has spawned in the youtube comments of the videos featuring the game).
