Does anyone know if you can put the FW IA2 Legacy of glory (blast weapon ignores cover) on it. will its bombardment get the ignores cover benefit?

Id imagine it would, however since the new codex isnt even out yet its all speculation at this point.

It is out, it was debuted at Warhammer world, unfortunately as an event exclusive unit.
but then, theres the FW Damocles command Rhino…can the legacy of glory be used with its Orbital bombardment?

Generally, in the past the mods have requested that rules questions be held until the codex is released to the general public.

nope, it says any vehicle can take a legacy of glory. There is no limitation as to what can purchase a legacy other that a SM vehicle or Super heavy or a dreadnought specific. FW is GW, GW is FW and IA2 2ed is practically a supplement for SM, DA, SW, BA and GKs.
LoG are not exclusive to any one vehicle. its just an upgrade for any vehicle to make it fluffy for your army

To the question about Legacy of Glory, yes, these can be applied to any vehicle in a SM army. Just like Legacies of Ruin can be applied to any vehicle in a CSM army.
To the question about the orbital bombardment, I would wait to see the specific wording. My understanding is that Legacies of Glory stack with no exceptions.
