Loving that sensor echo come about!
Both versions of Kor are great. Disappointing Martok though

I blew coffee all over my monitor and started choking a bit when I read Kor. That's.... +1 crew upgrade, Elite Talent, "free" re-roll of attack dice based on the number of crew you have, and Captain skill EIGHT all for five points? YES PLEASE! OMG as he a great Captain!

Inverse Graviton Burst is interesting. The ability to hand out Aux Tokens to all ships within range 1-3... but it does say ALL ships. Might not be so useful then. /sigh if it was all enemy ships...

I like Long Live the Empire. It's one of those "I have to kill you now, so I'll discard this card and..." Could be kind of harsh to use while cloaked, but it could have some application to other Klingon ships. Good card!

Darok is a good card for an extra Action, though I hate the fact that it's a discard, and it's 5 points. I could see a use for him in a lot of other fleets, but limiting him to a Klingon ship...

The new Admiral Martok... bleh. Worf (another Capt Worf card?)... if you don't care about Aux tokens, then he's like a mini-Janeway. Only, not really. And he's a Klingon. So...

The old Captain Kor- I could see a use for him with Darok on a big, meaty ship (one with a lot of Hull and Shields), making your opponent attack him while the rest of your fleet has it's way with the enemy. It feels more like a gimmick to me though. Could be useful.

The weapons cards- that's a nice Photon Torp- converting a BS into a Crit is good. The other one... range 1 and 3 attack dice to 1 ship in your arc, then up to two more ships outside your arc at Range 1 on a discard is... for 6 points, I don't think I'd take it.

This leads us to the I.K.S. Ning-Tao. It's a B'Rel class, so that's kewl. Some cards out there are only for B'Rel's and they are cheap enough that you can run 4-5 in a game. They have a fantastic maneuver dial, just a bit slow (limited to speed 4). Lot's of teeth on them. 4 attack dice is very, very nice. It comes with a cost though. 1 defense die, and 3/3 shields and hull. Still, this little guy with that free come about after a sensor echo means the Ning-Tao could become a fantastic assassin ship. I really like it!

Me too. I am really surprised there hasn't been a crew or tech that allows a ship to do this.

Don't forget to use Chang 7 on the Ning Tao for a free Echo

Am I the only one miffed at the Klingons getting all the cool sensor echo stuff (Synon, Chang, Ning'Tao)?

My Romulans demand the ability to use a bank/turn template when using sensor echo!

That would be awesome, but here are three thing Klingons lack.

Romulan Fleet Captian
Romulan Flagship
Double Back

Trust me Double Back is a great card.

Besides, Advanced Weapon System is inferior to Advanced Cloaking you at least have that. sorta! *Cough* lack of tech slots

I really, really miss having [Battle Stations] on my Klingon ships. It's something I love about Feds and MU. I wish there was a nice, somewhat cheap, Klingon card that was not a Fleet Resource that would give you a BS token.

The Romulans have some fun toys and great cards to play with now. It's time for the Klingons to get some luvin', know what I mean? And not the Tribble type of luvin' either.

Romulan Fleet Captain is terrible. A free sensor echo? So you have to cloak or be cloaked to use it, it doesn't give a free elite talent (unlike the klingon). The KLingon fleet captain with its free crew action is far better

Romulan flagship I do like but leaving aside it is no longer tourney legal, it gave yet another free sensor echo, the klingon gives free cloak, much better.

I've never successfully used Double back, I find it is far better to take the cheaper Full Stop instead

Oh WK you brilliant ards!

So I just opened up my Ning'Tao and was thinking "do I need multiples of this one " most of the cards are unique, except the weapons and the generic. Sometimes I get multiples of ships with admirals so I don't have to flip them in the card sleeve, but the regular Martok is better so I don't see me using Martok 7 much.

Then it hit me the generic B'Rel has a tech slot the other B'Rel generics have weapon, weapon, crew. This one has tech, weapon, crew. Definitely some potential in a 20 point 4 attack ship with a tech slot.

No, no you are not.

This ship is very cool. Definitely a little jealous.

I can't wait to shoot it down... or at least try to..

Baldrick, that's genius! Now I must have three-four of them, and now I need $50 for them, haha, and I need 75 for the 6 Akiras I'm going to be purchasing. haha

The T'ong and Vrax look really cool too. For the T'ong it looks like they took the mold for the B'Moth and recast it in a better plastic. The Vrax looks like it is cast in a translucent green

I think that's just the packaging, it does look like a resculpt of the Valdore though.

You know we were going to take a break from TOS bat reps for a while, but something tells me that Kor and the Klothos will be heading into the Archanis system soon He is just too good. On a D7, Kor is basically leting you have TL and BS at the same time. Can't wait to see him lock disruptors on someone
