Newest news:

Laughing Grimrung and some of his Jolly Pals have wandered in and taken up residence on the second page of our Great Orc Characters range:
http://www.warmongerminiatures.com/great-orc-characters/2/

The short history: Kev "Goblinmaster" Adams, and Bryan Ansell have banded together to provide us with a fethtacular range of all things green and orky - goblins, orks, orklings, ogres, etc.

As they say on their site:
Warmonger consists of Bryan, Diane and Marcus Ansell alongside sculptor extraordinaire Kevin Adams.
Our Mission is to go back to the original master moulds and bring over two hundred of Kevin's fantasy models from 15 years ago back into production.
Simultaneously, we will be launching Warmonger: our own new fantasy range. Kevin and Bryan have been working on the Warmongerers for about a year now: we  have about two hundred Warmongerers to get through too.

Until very recently you could only easily pick these up in person at war-games shows, so the webstore is great news!

Onwards!

The longer story:
Spoiler:

Who's Kev Adams, and why is the name familiar?
Okay, seriously... Chances are if you think of a GW Ork or goblin from the 70s or 80s, Kev Adams either sculpted it or his work had a hand in inspiring the aesthetic. Prolific sculptor alongside the Perrys, and part of the rich garbled history of miniature wargaming. Always working, always hardworking.

On a personal appreciation level, Warmonger's GreensKins line is one of the most beautiful ideas I've come across in a while. And I shall tell to you for why...

In march 2013, Kev Adams was attacked in his own home by opportunist thieves.
He was stabbed in the face and chest, and they took a knuckle duster to his face and broke his cheek bones. He has had to undergo surgery and treatments for a long time since, but thankfully has been able to return to work.
On a physical level, this is horrifying enough. To be beaten in your own home, we all know that's gak beyond gak right there.

But from that gak, great things!
The sculpting and gaming community rallied round and raised awareness and funds for his recovery, with over 40 individual sculptors donating work to be sold in his name.
From this, Kev and folks around him were able to see quite how much of a gak was truly given about him and his work. The answer is.. a lot of gak. Many of them.

I can't say it was directly related, because I'm not privy to that, but during Kev's recovery, Bryan Ansell has set up Warmonger with Kev (or vice versa) so that the Goblinmaster can continue bringing tiny green delights to the world, in a concentrated form. This will include tons of back catalogue greenery, and tons of brand newness. A completionist's nightmare.

And even if you don't like orks, you at least learned yourself a thing today.

They're working on bundles I believe, you can always email.
In person at shows, Kev adds in a tiny little goblin doing something daft to the order, I don't know if you get one online or not, but they're adorable. About 1cm tall or so.
