Hey everyone I'm trying to build an all around competitive list with my Khador with any possible Mercs too. I so far have one 50 PTS Khador list I have been building.

- Iron Fang Kovnik or Madelyn Corbeau (i think thats how you spell it)

What do you guys think? I'm planning on making a somewhat over all list that can have a chance against nearly anything if possible, mostly kill off infantry.
I have been facing off mass infantry Trolls with Borka on the Bear and also fighting a Gaspy 2 list with bane knights and thralls and all that funs stuff.

My plans is to help deliver Butcher 3 up to Gaspy and while doing that have enough to kill of many of their infantry too.

Looks good. I would go with the Ironfang Kovnik over Madelyn. IFP really want that Kovnik.

The best part about the Ordic Courtesan is that her move 3 inches if enemy is nearby can be given to Butcher. Just in case his threat range is too short for you.

But the Iron Fangs love the Kovnik.

How do you guys play the IF Kovnik? When ever I usually do he either dies too quick, or do nothing but throw out shield march orders until they really don't need it anymore. My IF has never really been knocked down enough unless I'm playing Irusk 2 where he grants tough by staying close to the IF. Thats why I was thinking of changing him out for Madelyn but I guess i can swap them out between games to figure out which does more in the fight. It would be great if I could get some tactic guide for the IF Kovnik.

You use him to toss out Shield March in the first few turns of the game to get your troops up the field. Then he himself is a late game solo that packs a punch.

What should I aim for with the IF Kovnik? Another solo or help fight mass of units? He sometime does a lot for me but most of the time he was just used to dish out shield march.

First 2-3 turns, you use him to hand out Shield March.

Turns 3-4, you keep him in reserve or send him into any targets of opportunity.

Turn 4-5. Send him after weakened enemy models that may not be able to deal with him.
