Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.
I'm about to trade the pictured models. I checked ebay and the prices seemed quite inflated. Could those wiser than I let me know what a reasonable value would be? Thanks in advance.

You could strap a pantsless ork on something and make it look Imperial with enough Aquillas and Purity Seals. -Da Butcher

Escher models are awesome. If I had the cash, I'd spend quite a bit on them.

Depending on how the trade is made, are you trading for money or value?

A squad of 8(leader, heavy, juvy, 5 gangers) was retail about $40, so 60-80 would be the retail now due to OOP.

The heavy on 1st row should actually have the plasma from the heavy of 3rd row, she is actually worth something, about $30-50 on her own.

you now have a leader($15), juvy($8-10) and 2 gangers($14 total for the 2) left over from Escher gang.

You have 1 delaque ganger( painted model on 1st row, $5 due to badly painted and need stripping), bounty hunter(hat guy on 2nd row between the 2 painted figures, $15-20)

I'm not familiar with the painted guy on last row, value lowered due to need of paint stripping.

That's an extremely valuable set you have there. I'm a collector of House Escher so I will speak from my experiences:

1. You have the heavy arms and backpacks the wrong way round.

2. The heavy with heavy plasma gun is the most valuable. £20-30

3. Next is the bounty hunter £10-15

4. Next is: top row from left: 1, 2, 4 & second row from left: 2 & third row from left: 2

These are Escher models NOT included in the original box. Making them much rarer. £8-12 each

5. The Juve on the top right is also a non box model, but as a juve it usually sells for less.

6.the rest of the Escher are from the box. Sold together they can fetch a good price.

7. The two painted Deleque will be worth the least £3-4 especially as the leader is modified.

Hope this helps

Bye bye Dakkadakka, happy hobbying! I really enjoyed my time on here. Opinions were always my own :-)

Jesus, that much? I have more than double this amount of Escher (28 I think) including two complete, never assembled Heavy Plasma Girls. Yikes won't sell them of course because they are perhaps my favorite GW sculpts ever. Jes Goodwin

^ you're lucky! I still have 4 models to go to complete my Escher collection.

Yeah the Ebay extortionists have the heavy plasma girl at £25-35 so I'm sure one in near mint condition like the one up there would fetch £20+ no doubt.

I have TONS of Escher models (it was great to work for the company when you could buy minis by weight), I even painted up some to be Chaos Cultists. I even have the Catachan girl with a grenade launcher to use as a heavy! I'll never part with them, but as people seem to know their stuff around here, I DO have a Bonnie Anderson mini. For those who don't know, you could only get her for one day, only in a GW store, and only if you won a tournament. Basically she's a bounty hunter mini that is absurdly rare. I'm not really a fan of the sculpt though, so I'd like to know what she's worth (not to hijack the thread, but I really didn't think I should start a new thread for this). Any idea?

"I have concluded through careful empirical analysis and much thought that somebody is looking out for me, keeping track of what I think about things, forgiving me when I do less than I ought, giving me strength to shoot for more than I think I am capable of. I believe they know everything that I do and think, and they still love me. And I’ve concluded, after careful consideration, that this person keeping score is me." -Adam Savage

Man... before GW stopped selling them I bought enough Escher models to make a small IG force to go with my Sisters of Battle. I avoided a few of the sculpts (generally the ones with two melee weapons), but I ended up getting about 10 or so plasma gunners.

Had no idea they'd gotten so rare and expensive!

I see her crop up on eBay from time to time, IIRC for £60-80 plus. No idea if it sells or not. From my experience the Necromunda miniature that is the most desirable out of the entire Necromunda range is probably the Goliath Bounty Hunter. That gak sells hot.

The problem you have with Necromunda on eBay is that most of the models have massively inflated prices and it becomes one giant waiting game because no one wants to pay the ridiculous prices.

Models like the Escher Heavy Plasma guns are going to be fairly reliable sells of £20+ as every escher collector will want one in his/her gang. Bonnie Anderson is a much harder sell because the people buying it are going to be "true" Necromunda Collectors, perhaps aiming for one of every model in the range, or one of every female. The question then comes to how much that individual is willing to spend to complete their collection.

That is the problem with buying any OOP figures on ebay. Many sellers seem to think just because they are OOP that they are made out of gold. When trying to determine price, you have to be sure to look at successful auctions for what someone actually paid, not the often inflated asking prices of some items that end up being relisted again and again because no one is buying them.

BTW, I love your pink haired Escher gang, Bottle!

I'm glad you like my Escher! Yes eBay is a funny thing. The prices I listed for the Escher are based on what I see stuff go for on the regular. I myself and more of a bargain hunter, and managed to get most of my new additions a little bit cheaper. :-)

I had an Escher gang back in the day, would love to track down another set. Really should have bought one prior to it being pulled but I'd only just got back into the hobby after a 13 year hiatus.

Are they any good alternatives out there that are available?

I just paid 98 dollars for 11 of the above Escher models

On the flip I've paid 50 for NIB Necromunda stuff last week... All depends where. Most of the stuff is recast now, looks identical but the metal is the give away.

Wow, the prices really went insane in the past couple of years. I got all my stuff 3 years ago at 10-20 quid a box or 5 for an individual, apart from the ultra-rares.
