So I was reading the Legion rules for Imperial Fists, which states that "Heavy Support squads" (small "s") have the Tank Hunters special rule.

Does this mean Heavy Support Squads (Devastator equivalents) get Tank Hunters, or al Heavy Support units?

(I'm coming from thinking this is a typo, and only Heavy Support Squads get TH)

Isn't the unit called Legion heavy support squad

Then again surely it's a moot point as the only heavy support unit with the Legiones astartes rule is the Legion heavy support squad

Does it make a difference? The Legion's HS slot is entirely made up of vehicles other than the single Heavy Support Squad. Only a single unit from this slot even has the Legiones Astartes special rule.

RAW I believe it applies to all squads drawn from the HS slot, so if I've missed a Rite somewhere or obviously a future update introduces a new unit, it looks like they'd get Tank Hunters.
But today it is irrelevant because there is only one HS squad.

Yes, its called a Heavy Support Squad. The rule for the Imperial Fists has "squad" with a lower-case "s", which seems to imply the rule might apply to any Heavy Support unit, and that's why I'm asking. (These books really are loaded with confusing typos)

But, you're right. I suppose it is a moot point since, for Imperial Fists, the only Heavy Support option with Legion Astartes is a Heavy Support Squad. I'd forgotten about that.

Doesn't it say all heavy support squads with the "imperial fists" legion trait or something, as if it does then it won't.
