Just wondering what thoughts people have about this army list and would you have fun facing it?

Looks a bit unbalanced, but like lots of fun.
What will you do vs armour and for board control?

Tbh, I haven't played Nids all that much (read - Kill team level only).

I was thinking that the S8 Mucolids might be acceptable for anti-armour but if it's truly a problem, maybe I could replace the Tervigon with a Flytyrant (didn't really want to go the Flytyrant route because everyone does it). Any suggestions on that front?

For Board control I was hoping that the Sporocysts could sit next to and hold objectives, defended by the spore mines with spawned Termagaunts from the Tervigon to help reinforce. Again, any suggestions to help improve on this general theme would be great.

I mean it looks fun as heck to play, it's just not super competetive, tho you might surprise a lot of people with it.
Maybe a few forward scouting lictors would fit the theme. The spores are dropping down on their pheromone trails for an initial saturation of the target. Tactically they are great as not scattering on their deep strike means you can pinpoint your objective grabbing, and synapse wont be a problem with their LD10.

The spore mines I'm guessing will infiltrate.

There are 2 main issues with the list. Firstly AT is a real issue. The Mucolids can at most do a single Hull Point. So whilst they can do some AT they are not useful as your main AT source. Also with so much infiltrating and the Sporocysts forced to fire at nearest enemy you're going to hit your own guys with the blasts and find all 3 firing at AV12+ targets. I would swap to Venom Cannons to reduce this and give so anti light mech.

You'll choke midfield so perhaps some Dakkafexes to march behind prevent your opponent from coming forward whilst giving real AT power. This way you control the board and look to win on VPs rather than out killing your opponent.

Hope this helps.

Take the Magic: The Gathering 'What Color Are You?' Quiz.

Yes my Colour is Black but not for the reasons stated mainly just because it's slimming... http://imperiusdominatus.blogspot.com

I want to take as many of your suggestions into my list as possible and so therefore I've shoe-horned in as much as I could.

I put in a Zoan + Hive Guard Brood for AT and replaced my HQ with the Deathleaper for Pheromone trails. Some other changes have been made as well.

I have revised the list. Please comment.
