teeth of terra is a "specialist weapon". Does it so grant 1 extra attack if used in combo with another specialist weapon as a PF?

It's not rude it is following the tenets. YMDC is for discussing rules you have read but don't understand. Not for replacing your rulebook. The later gets you in trouble with GW.
