So we rencently got a leaked White Dwarf on Age Of Sigmar. So far we've got the 'factions' / races we will be seeing in AoS.
Firstly we've got somethings called Warscrolls which have makes it seem like Army codex's are going out in AoS.
It also seems that bases will not matter with round base in the picture but it says you will be-able to keep and use square bases

1.Order
Order seem's to be the ' Good Guys ' Of AoS, They are made up of ;
Stormcast Eternals - The Guys that seem like fantaspace marines, The guys in shiny gold armor with some being angels.
Steamhead Duardin - Dwarves, Most likey becoming more steam punk, judging by the name, expect steam tanks like things.
Red Slayers - Thought to be merc's from the empire, Expect halberds, muskets and crossbows
Aelf-Elves, judging to be a mix of dark, wood and high elves, We've saw dark elves and a hydra
Seraphon -Lizard men, Most likely there usual dinosaur, sauras and sinks. I think we might a large amount lost Slann's due to there grand ecaspe.
There seams to be some guy riding a demi-dragon.

2.Chaos
Your usual chaos
Beastmen-You're rag-tag mutant's made of gors, minotaurs and other random mutant rabble that resemble animals
Chaos Warriors- Armored clad men, Northern Marauder's and some daemon blessed people like that last Khrone release ie Warthmongers
Daemons-You're usual bloodletter's, plaugebringers and other horrifying monster
Skaven - The odd one out of the bunch, You're usual skaven slaves, clan-rats and storm-vermin but there are rumors that they will become more steam-punk, Possibly like Stormfiends and that power-armored skaven hero.
-We should see The Glottkin and Thanquol & Boneripper and they will be still be usable

3. Death
Only labeled as undead
- I expect to see most of the ' Undead Legion ' in this army. I think i will be made of primary vampires and cheap chaff with large monster's to support them.
This is the factions we know the least about although there will be lots of zombies and skeleton. The End time hero's will still be useable

4.Destruction
Orruks- The orcs renamed so they could copyright there name. Unsure about black orcs thought. I think we may have lost Grimgor.
Grots-The goblins renamed so they could use there grot copyright. Will most likely made of night goblins, Forest goblins and snotlings
Ogors-Ogre's renamed so they could use there copy right it. The still have there hunger and it seems to drive them. We saw a firebelly with some ironguts and bulls along with a iron blaster in the WD leak
Beasts-The last part of this factions. We have very little info on them but i think they will be made of squigs, sabertusks, rhinox, the ogre two big beasts and other misc. beasts like giant spiders and wolves.
-This is the factions i had been hoping for the most, I am glad to see them and hope they are good in game. I think we will see Skarsnik and Wurrzag looking for a idol of Gork maybe in the form of an ogre since Grimgor is 'dead'.
You will see a trend with this factions of renaming due to copy-righting.

5. The Loses
Bretonnian - I haven't saw any thing on Bretonnian but due to GW saying there would be no model's being unusable i think they will be stuck into Order factions
Chaos Dwarves - The race that was lost but there was hope they would come back, I think they will be shoe-horned into the Chaos factions, Probably manning there war machines and maybe there could be some hobgoblins.
Slann-I think the Slann will somehow end up in with Seraphon, This is due to GW saying " no model left behind "

This leak has shown us that the rumors about Waaagh-kin and nigmos are false, I'm still unsure about the bubble-verse theory thought.
Lastly we saw something about there several gods, None of which i can remember the name of.

They could have given Orks, Daemons and Ogres a decent name, but no...

I know, right? The new names are so strange, because all the essentially did is change the spelling slightly. Except for the lizardmen, of course...

And while I'm happy that Lizardmen are still around in what seems to be full army form, that name! That name.

And the poor Bretonnians. It makes me want to search for a deal on the battalion set while it still exists out there.

(To the OP: I think you mean factions, not fractions.)

No I want brettonians! I was going to start them as soon as AOS started. If they are truely shoehorned I guess I might just go daemons so I can have them for 40k as well.

You can't copyright words.

GW could trademark these words but they have not yet registered them. As the names have not been published, someone with a lot of money could have a good laugh by appying for registered trademarks on these new names before GW can get them out there.

However all that a trademark can do is to stop someone else from making a similar product with the same or similar name. GW will not be able to stop 3rd party companies from making lizard men and so on.

If the only way you think you can sell your product is by preventing competition, you're doing something wrong. I wish GW would understand that and stop with all the lawyer baloney.

Based on what I've read, Brets are likely to be a part of the Red Slayers, since they are supposed to be the normal human faction. Of course, one could argue people like grail knights were the ones that Sigmar transformed into the stormcast eternals, so they are the continuation of the army. Though that doesn't help people who currently have the models...

As a Bret player, I'm just going to wait and see what warscrolls come out tomorrow. I will withhold judgement (and possible tears) until then.

As far as i know it could be a mix of the two, That's just what the rumours have said so far. Thought we did see a new skaven warlord on one of the news websites, Looked really weird like a mix of a engineer and warlord. I hope for some warpstone powered suits/mechs

Well, the whole list was baloney since we now have Age of Sigmar books for all the old factions.

So its basically horde vs alliance now

The beasts in the destruction alliance seem to be a troll army, which is cool. The rules still suck though...
