Subject: GMG Video Battle Report - Battleplan: Pre-Emptive Strike - Stormcast Eternals vs. Orruks
Just an agreed scroll, wound and keyword limit. Not the 'points' systems that are floating around.
The rulebook scenarios actually tell you to design an army before you determine what side of the mission you're on, and with people coming in from out of town to play having a loose template works really well!
Thanks!
You all don't understand. I'm not locked in here with you; you're all locked in here with me.
I know you guys liked the idea of the Lord Celestant getting resurrected twice, but I found the sheer persistence of the Orruk reinforcements a lot funnier.
Sigmar's chosen just got tactically outmanoeuvred by a bunch of green dudes with a big stick.

Complaining about the fighting being in the middle when the entire scenario is based on a central objective? Such a statement is just completely asinine.
Great battle reports by the way. Loving the beautifully painted armies. I wait for em every Monday now.

I've watched the other AoS games by GMG and they all end up the same no matter the scenario or size of game. I've played games of 40k with 'The Relic' which didn't end up as a scrum in the middle. If no tactical awareness needed + rolling lots and lots of dice = more fun to you, then more power to you. I'll take a huge pass.
