Good report explaining the game dynamics.
As a note the Bloodsecrator cannot move when using the portal but he can run.

The game dynamics is a bit poor.
For instance, the Bloodwarriors charging Sigmarines killed two and the killed ones were not able to hit back.
No initiative involved.

I dont think he can move at all. In my interpretation move = move/run/charge. Thanks for watching!

Well, I'd consider move, run or shoot, and charge as three different phases.
With the hero phase and battle shock there are even five

Move and run are declared during the move phase. You can't move then run. It's all done at the same time.
