Daemons are fun.
Or maybe some heavy armour. A land raider, or the Spartan from FW is awesome.
Personally, I have had a lot of fun with Vindicators.

Sicaran Tank from Forge World. And a Warpsmith to let you have more than one Infernal Relic down the line.

Or Predators if you want to stay away from Forge World.

Regular GW: Chaos Spawn, Maulerfiends (the latter go well with the Iron Warrior theme).

From ForgeWorld: Sicaran, Plague Hulk, Fire Raptor, Hell Blades

As SharkoutofWataMade points out, a Warpsmith will let you have more than one Infernal Relic (Fire Raptors/Sicarans), and it fits the IW theme.

Is modelling, competitiveness or just casual fun games the most important part for you?

If ForgeWorld is an option (this depends mostly on your wallet, but also on house rules in your area etc.), you should get IA:13, it's full of chaos goodies, including an army list for Renegades & Heretics (traitor IG basically). Allying these guys in would let you field Basilisk tanks like Iron Warriors could in the old Chaos dex, as well as a whole ton of other artillery units that are both great in-game and very fitting to the Iron Warrior's love of human meat shields and artillery bombardments.

Oh yea, IA 13 is a must have for any would be iron warrior.
But since the 5 sorcerers are on your list, any of those with malefic daemonology also counts. No need fora warpsmith if you don't want to.

i do like the warpsmith but i dont really see a need for it since i wont go fw, i never really liked the look of ia13, i just want to build a pure chaos space marine army, and im trying to see what happens if i run an unbound army of 10 squads of 5 msu chaos space marines, thats how i pictured my army to be, so i know thats kinda hard to work with i have the marines, and the air support, im just wondering what else? i was thinking of a big beefy killing machine but i dont know what

That sounds more like Black Legion tbh. But maulerfiends and forgefiends are beefyish killing machines that suit the iron warriors theme. Maulerfiends are pretty good in pairs too.

Vindicators would suit the theme. Not sure why you wouldn't like IA13, but it has a superheavy siege vindicator built into a land raider chassis which would also fit very well.
The obliterators would fit well too.

Or even the chaos achilles I guess? It's about the only barrage weapon we have left.

Its a nice fund of models.
Chaos is not the most competitive army out there.
I wouldn't buy anything unless you want to expand your ''competitive'' army list.

i mean the iron warriors are known for just throwing their troops at people, which i love, however they do need armour, the only reason why i would take ia13 is for tanks or fw in that matter i would only take tanks, so i honestly dont know what i should get, i was thinking of a kytan daemon of khorne and convert it so its not so khorne

Check out the typhon heavy siege tank. It doesn't get much more iron warriorish than that. It was commisioned by Perturabo, is fairly cheap at 350 points and is awesome. Vindicators fit iron warriors well and this thing is a vindicator +1 and is friggin awesome. S10 AP1 Massive blast IGNORES COVER!! anyone? It also has this funny rule where they encourage you to drive over enemies lol.

Also they are more known for throwing slaves at the enemy . So outside of allying in renegades, that would best be represented by cultists in or out of rhinos.

A kytan is a daemon engine so that would work well too. Also maybe those vindicator laser destroyers if you want more tanks than infantry (Read Havocs).

So form your list the most iron warrior themed items would be cultists (and maybe rhinos), forgefiend, heldrakes and obliterors.

From FW I'd say a typhon siege tank or a kytan and possibly Ferrus Infernum Dreadnoughts with or without siege drills

For a heavy Iron Warriors themed army, I'd go with;
1. Terminator squads armed with combi-meltas + Reaper autocannon for anti-vehicle/fortifications and combi-flamers + Heavy flamer for clearing out trenches/blobs from cover.

2. Khorne Berserkers, as the IW's are known to harbor numerous cults of these guys, who they use as shock assault troops when attacking any breaches in the enemy's defensive lines. (The Warpsmith's Grand Company in the Storm of Iron novel has an entire sub-company of 'Zerkers!)

3. The Dreadnought formation. No proper IW army is complete without Dreads/Hellbrutes!

4. Vindicators over Predators.
Vindies are full-on siege tanks, while Preds are more suited to open field warfare, hence the Vindi fits better with the IW's doctrine of being primarily siege specialists. Land Raider(s) also fill this role too.

5. Havocs. Lots of Havocs!

Ideally, Daemonic 'help' should be limited to mostly just Daemon engines, and perhaps a bare handful of Possessed, plus a decent Obliterator cult... Mass summoning fits much better with a Word Bearers army than it does the Iron Warriors.
