Is there a good guide that shows what steps need be taken to convert a marine head to fit a human/guard sized body?

Not really possible to take a head that is too large and make it smaller without cutting off big chunks of detail.

agreed, not worth it. just buy alternate market heads.

Seems it is possible.

One needs to slice of the neck bulb at the bottom so its flat. Then need to slice 5-10% wedge off the back starting form the center to the back of the head. After that a small bit of green stuff to make a smaller neck bulb.

This is for a helmetless marine head though.

Did it already too. Its fiddly work, but can be done. Especially concerning the multitude of space wolves heads, this is a chance to give your guardsmen some more unique hairdos...will post example pics later on...
