Right now, no books needed. Just look at the Badab War updates in the FW downloads page.

IA12 has some stuff for them I believe. So while you'd just be good with the free PDF's, there's goodies. That said, I don't know what all is in it and the special character Dreadnought needs an FAQ to have 4 attacks.

Anvil industries makes some cool helmets ive used for my guys so far

They also have capes that work with the space marine back packs with a little bit of modification

Put that on a sanguinary guard body and whatever legs you want and they look awesome

I also got the minotaur shoulderpads that were recasts from china for cheap and they have been awesome

All those combined made for some awesome looking models

Ill see if i can get some decent pics of the anvil industries stuff at some point but they go quite well. I love how they look. They are just primed at the moment though so the pics wont be anything special when i get them

The ones i will show pics of are my honor guard.

They have the anvil industries cloaks and helmets. They have grey knight legs and sanguinary guard arms and weapons. Im quite pleased with how well they turned out. Ill get some pics when im home tonight

FW sells some neat shoulders and such, but anvil is probably a cheaper bet, if you split between anvil and FW you should be alright.
try and maximize errant pattern armor shoulders and chest as the minotaurs get the newest toys fluff wise due to their connections to the highlords.
