Subject: A £1.85bn crowdfunding campaign to build Minas Tirith in England..
I"m not sure how construction works in England, but in the United States this would easily turn from a £1.85bn project to a £47bn project once it was finally completed in 2046.

Lol I have no doubt whatsoever that it'd wind up being a good bit more than £1.85bn by the end of it.
