Doom looks Fantastic for a quadruple amputee. I’ve seen that model in person and have tried to dry fit him so I know what a pita he is.

Cheers very much everyone. Doom is not toally finished. Wil try and get some proper photos taken and posted before I send him off to the client. Teh Puppeteer is coming along nicely. Trying to get him all finihsed up before the BIG 10 hour stream next weekedn as he's gonna be one of the giveaways. Beautful model to paint.

Bit of progress on The Puppeteer from Kimera. He's comig along. Just got the Scale75 Scalecolour set from Mrs Jan so running them through their paces. LOVE them so far.

That puppeteer is looking aces dude, super creepy. That base is gunna be a work of art in the best possible sense.

New month and the start of two new projects. Painting them side by side. Made a nice start on them on stream this evening. First up 75mm Ciri from Witcher 3 by scale75 and secondly 54mm inquisitor Covenant. Sketched in some skinwork and a bit of leather on Ciri. Early days but fun so far

Jan you are absolutely amazing every time I see your work. Ciris leather is looking fantastic and her face is already looking so lively with just those tones. Covenants head has a great sculpt, I'm digging the snarl in it and you fleshed it out perfectly. Super excited to see these two coming together.

Bummed I can't watch your streams as I did in the past sadly life is far to busy for me at the moment so I thank you for not forgetting to show us Dakkites here what you've been up to.

In the meantime........ finally got the camera out the other days and got some decent photos taken of a few things I finished recently. Doom & the Chaplain were both commission pieces but the drone is all mine

Three amazing pieces Jan and they're all so different they really show off the breadth of your skills. The robes on Doom are a standout feature for him, so beautifully done. The leather on the Chaplain is my favourite (though that's no surprise, you are the undisputed king of leather... yeah I mean that in any way you want to take it ) . Like seriously man your leather technique is top notch, one day I'll find a suitable model to practice on. Lastly that bloat drone is perfectly foetid. I love the design choice of making the scratches have red gore in them, it takes an otherwise sci-fi fantasy model and adds that touch of realism that makes you feel uncomfortable with it. In a good way of course. Great work dude.

Many thanks lads. Well chuffed how they all came out. Doom was trying out the Metallics paints from Darkstar, one of my sponsors. They are unlike any other Metallics I’ve used before. They’re called molten metals for a bloody good reason!!
Made a bit more progress on Covenant. Do love my 54s!!! And painted up a few tech bases from MAS for a pdf on old weathered metals I’m making. When finished I’ll put it up on my twitch server for folk to download and use asthey like. Ah busy busy days
