no, they are there to sign off on requisition forms and other paperwork nonsense. NCO's lead Officers read. I had the wonderful opportunity to witness a LARGE class of bootenants attempting to learn about the type of work I did in the Corps. Day 1 out of 15 I kicked 3 of them out of the building and had one of them placed under arrest for failure to comply. Day 2, the DIA agent who was in charge of them handed me a Challenge coin and told me to put the fear of god into them .
