What is the most cheesy 1850 white scars list you can come up with? I'm guessing a chapter master w/ a command squad is in it? Maybe a libby conclave on bikes? Add a knight?

Yup, Grav-guns everywhere, maybe some melta. Don't forget KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNN!!!!!!

So just spam bikes! Add nothing outside of bikes?

A chapter master with shield eternal and the 2+ save on a bike is pretty much a must have too, its an iron slab that just wrecks people on its own.

Fire Raptor for AA.

Other than that, bikes fest.

What you want is:

Khan on bike
Chapter Master with 2 plus save, bike, sword/hammer
1-3 Command squads obviously with Grav spam and storm shields
10-15 squads of bikes with 3 men per squad, either two grav, melta or flamer (generally grav spam for cheesy)
1-3 storm talons or a storm raven
Definantly 1-5 thunderfire cannons


That should be as cheesy as

Without thunderfire cannons this list loses to boyz and gants so badly it's not even funny.

One unit I've seen be quite effective recently is:

3 grav centurions in drop pod
Librarian with prescience

The drop pod allows the centurions to get to position pretty much anywhere on the board and the librarian gives them re-rolls to hit giving a very powerful alpha strike against most units. It's expensive, but it always seems to make its points back. Plus, the Centurions can now hit and run if they get locked in combat.

How are land speeders in white scars lists?

I prefer attack bikes armed with multi-meltas to landspeeders. They get an increased Jink save (the speeders do not), have good mobility and can even assault in you need them to (mostly to finish off a vehicle)

I also like running a 5 man scout squad with landspeeder storm. It gives a nice cheap scoring unit and the storm helps with your opponent's drop pods thanks to the jamming beacon.
