I've been thinking about buying two boxes of Chaos Knights and converting them into Bikes, instead of buying four boxes of Bikes. (in order to run a 10 man Biker squad)

My question is if I can use, say, CSM arms and heads with the Knight kits in order to get the "look" that I'm going for (Chaos Marines charging down enemies on daemonic steeds.)

I did take a little time to convert the models a bit to have twin linked bolters and chain lances. It took a little work but aesthetically I think they look a million times better than the silly biker models GW puts out. I used b boxes of knights, one box of CSM and one box of Raptors/Warp Talons. I'm sure I used a few other bits laying around (a melta from a BA dreadnought, imperial bolters with logos shaved off, for example)

Any tips/advice? Did you have any trouble blending the kits, or do they use the same basic setup? I've only ever worked with 4ok.

Everything fits pretty well. I used some Knight torso's and some marine torsos. With the knight torsos as long as you are using plastic glue its pretty easy to put the backpacks on, some of the heads might need some minor carving around the neck but nothing crazy.

When you are putting them together the knight models are actually a little larger so the marine models can look a little small, especially the arms, so using the knight arms looks better, but honestly once assembled and painted unless you point it out your opponent probably wont notice.

Oh god... for a second I thought you meant knight titan! Yea, these guys will work, plus they're cheaper!
