If you can, get a copy of the Blood Quest graphic novel. That has some nice not-overly-sex-related Slaanesh stuff in it.

Another one with similar ideas, over here. More about fantasy warbands, though, with a leaf out of Ork_Intelligence's book. The plastic nurgle champion here, for instance, is undergoing a conversion in more ways than one.
I really should get back to it. In the meantime I'm eager to see how this turns out.

I'm sooo, sooo sorry.

For the Daemonettes, I'm partly inspired by Klimt, who painted and depicted what were undeniably rampant sex acts... But obscured them in complex patterns and fabrics. They became more beautiful through implication; what we cannot see is much more interesting.
Now my work is not going to be anything so clever, but there you understand the spirit of my intent.

I am going to grab a Konrad and have him leading one of the Slaanesh Chariots, I think. That blood gorging fits very well with the extreme blades, and infers a second purpose.

What I'd really like to get my hands on is a Skaven Doomwheel. Don't they look like a hellish contraption already?
Now if I could instead power it with capering gymnasts, slaves, or *ahem* something a little more carnal, and bring in the daemons, I think there's a real opportunity for fun.

This will be a slow project. I already have a major IG army midway painted, and I don't want to abandon it.

Think I've found a colour theme...

Crimsons and golds and brasses, with a fairly human skin tone, I think.

I'd like to incorporate this image somehow, perhaps get one of my HQ done up.

Also when discussing my converted Feth-wheel I may have accidentally coined the phrase, "Slaanesh transports: Fuelled by ducklings." due to an overzealous auto-correct.

I started along these lines but only made one model as below, this was ages ago so the paint job isn't great but you get the idea.

I disagree, that is certainly the business on the claws. Think the skin could do with a colour tinge, but I like where it's all going.

I say imbrace the slaanesh way it not about sex so much as excess in all things.

Not home right now to take pics but over the years i added very slaanesh models from men in banana hamecks to women nude. My fav the are the ones of excess such as the warriors of greed i call them all have gold armour made gold coins all around them with the standard bearer caring a treasure chest. Then i went for gluton not sure where i got it think it was from that france website that jsut did women of war kickstart. A group of 10 knights horibly obeast with food stuff i got from the ofres hanging from them and i used a zombie with skullie legs to make it look like they ate half of him.

Slaanesh is excess and self love not sex like sigvald

I need to go to work every day.

This really isn't what I should be doing right now, but sometimes you just have to take some time for yourself.

Set myself up with one of these five little ladies, the rest will have to wait for October.

The head is just placed on because it'd be crazy hard to fit the robes I'm about to make with that on there, jeez.

I've also got seven of the old Diaz Daemonettes. I think they're lovely. Donna leave them mostly as-is with a couple of robe additions..

Now let's see if I can remember how to make clothing.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
No, no I can't. Let's all pretend I didn't try and wait for the milliput to arrive.

Long story short, the technique I use does not scale down sufficiently.

This fell to the sidelines when a large workload hit this month.

But I've been working on and off at picking up bits. Got the two kits for an Exalted Chariot of Slaanesh, plus sixteen of the delicate little Diaz Daemonettes for more infantry (I won't be cutting those but I may extend their clothing with GS).

Next I'm looking at grabbing at least one Doomwheel, some Praetorian casualties to decorate, Doomfire Warlocks to pull them, and some spare plastic daemonettes to be scampering and cavorting inside.
I wanted to make them into strange infernal orgy wheels, but I'm pretty sure that would get banned from the table. We'll see.

My big treat to myself this month was a Keeper of Secrets (NWS, but you did click on a Slaanesh topic, so... )
I'm going to work on giving him a bit less bare butt, and probably a tail.

Not to get this rather productive thread off task, but what is the honourable trait of Slaanesh? All the other gods have one or two: Khorne is bravery, Tzneetch is hope, Nurgle is um... life? but what is Slaanesh?

Artistry/Perfectionism (self improvement) and preservation of life, if I remember correctly.
i.e creation as opposed to destruction. Why Khorne and Slaanesh are not pals.

This is actually a good idea

If I branch out into CSM, I think I'd definitely do it with adapted Prosecutor Sigmarines.

At the moment I'm looking at doing pure daemons. I might edge onto Emperor's Children, but quite honestly I would like to do loyalist EC or only just pre-heresy.
I've got Fulgrim, and I'm waiting patiently on a Saul Tarvitz. I like the simplest FW EC models very much.

Anyway, put some pants on, Keeper of Secrets.

Due to not being able to find a metal Konrad, my next big build is going to be this freakishly difficult but gorgeous daemon.

Thinking os a fairly simple but luxuriously detailed (chains, swirls, etc) one-shoulder toga type affair. it would cover some of the lower breasts but not all of them.
I'm not anti-butt, I think this is very cute. But it makes no sense that it would care enough to have a loincloth and not a draught excluder.

I would like my EC to be arguably playable as uncorrupted warriors, so no.
Kakophoni came about during the heresy, and they're butt ugly, so I'm in no rush.
