So this is the list I'm planning to play at a local tourny

2 x Warden K-Wings with Tactican and TLT
1 x Gold Squad Y-Wing with Title, TLT and Stress-Bot
1 x Bandit Squad Z95

Any comments welcome, also other lists I need to be wary of ?

Three TLTs is pretty decent damage output.

Jedi, drop the title from Y-wing. The strength of TLT on the Y-wing is the fact that it's range 3. The ship is already vulnerable any arc dodgers so locking your turret only makes it worse. I'm also not sold on Tacticians on the K-wings because they only work in arc at range 2, which will bE difficult to do.

Yep the Tacticians is a bit of an experiment, but with the TLT it is quite nasty when it comes off as you get to land 2 stress, I'll see how it goes

Good point about the title, was on there from the old list where the Y had an Ion, not really need now I guess as the TLT is 2 shots anyhoo

Interesting. I haven't had a chance to actually try them, but the whole "can only do 1 damage at a time" thing seemed like they were a great way to plink a ship or take tokens, but not really hammer a ship down the way an HLC or something would. Now I'm even more curious to give them a try.

It really depends on the list, aces hate them as they typically exhaust all their tricks and that relentless plinking can focus down the likes of the Baron in a single turn, they're typically less concerning against the likes of Bs Ys and large ships, but if you let a TLT heavy list focus fire on any individual ship there'll be trouble.

They can be countered by good flying, but get caught out (as I did the first time I faced a list with multiples) and they're very strong.

They are a great way to plink a ship because they are reliable. It had a lower damage cap than a normal three dice attack, but it is much less likely to miss. This makes its damage output comparable or even better than a normal three dice attack. When used in threes and fours, they have a pretty solid damage output on a single target.

Thats not entirely accurate.

Some of their best prey is Fat Turrets like Han, whose sole trick to winning is surviving the match using C-3PO to help mitigate damage. TLT takes this away from him and other point fortresses, especially with MOV scoring change.

There is an element of that with the list, but if you can land some stress tokens in the first pass they are relying on base dice (plus a few non-action tricks like Predator) so that hopefully over time the more reliable TLT output wins

Well the list went 4-1, the loss was against a list with PTL Corran with R2-D2

Cool. Nice to know it's viable, and yet older ships can still compete.
