Hey Guys!

I know this topic has been discussed not only here, but all over the internet already.
Still, I couldn't find a satisfying answer.

I want to add a Vindicare Assassin to my Army, but I really dislike the model.
As others already suggested, I was looking into getting an Infinity Ariadna Scout instead, but I am not sure if it is the right size.

What would be the best model to use?
I acutally would prefer plastic, but metal is ok I gues...

Looks like its 28mm heroic and of similar enough height so it should be comparable, just make sure the base is the same size as that matters more for things like blast weapons and close combat positioning. Honestly any human "sniper" model should fit the bill for a Vindicare Assassin and as long as its painted up nicely so it seems distinct enough from a guardsmen or space marine with a sniper rifle then it should be good to go. Playing at a GW store or with some really uptight people might causes some objection but honestly these people/environments don't sound very fun to play with/at.

Make sure it's the 2015 Ariadna Scout; as the other one is so weedy he would fit in with Mantic's Elves.

I don't know of one off the top of my head, but assuming you're going for the Ariadnan Scout with a Sniper Rifle(it would say "Scout with Sniper Rifle" rather than just "Scout" when you look at the item in question in the store) he should have one foot raised on a rock, a pseudo-ghillie suit and a full mesh looking face mask with a hood up.

The old Scout I'm referring to is holding what looks to be a bolt-action rifle(called an "Ojotnik" in Infinity) and is leaning backwards like he is recoiling from something.

I just use the sniper from Col Schafer's set as mine.

Much more badass looking.
