Trying to come up with a Khorne list which can include Kharn, do you guys think I should change anything? I will be facing Necrons and Space Wolves. Kharn goes in the LR with Berzerkers

Not bad. Kinda want Kharn as the warlord , for the hatred. Surely the possessed go in the raider so don't need a rhino?
Other ideas I've had,
Run Kharn with a blob of hounds, they slingshot him forward.
Run a dreadclaw.
Taking Kharn from the black legion supplement lets you bring a unit of troop chosen along, which KDK can't get.

Only problem with that would be I'd have to make CSM my primary and take 2x Troops choices which gives me 2 squads who can't get blood tithe points.

I would drop the land raider - with khorne daemonkin you really want to go cheap and multiple small units.
Consider running kharn in a large blob (maybe 20-30) of KDK cultists in a slaughtercult. That way when you summon things with blood tithe, you can give the cult feel no pain still (since you get a secondary result from the tithe table for the cult) which will be good for the cultists to look out sir and tank wounds for kharn (and they get fearless from kharn). Plus kharn will be in a squad with blood for the blood god, so when he kills stuff it will give you blood points. And you can use the cultist champion to eat a challenge if needed.
I wouldn't put kharn with the berzerkers since they will do well on their own - putting him in a large group of cultists will give you 2 stronger threats.
I would drop the chaos space marine squad to give you more points for cultists and take 2x 1-man spawn units - this are great to grab objectives and to run up and die for blood points.
I would use the CSM allied detachment with a min/no upgrade squad of cultists to sit on a backfield objective and take a heldrake (since it is not easy to take one in a blood host detachment).
If you drop the land raider for a heldrake, and the chaos space marines for cultists and 2 spawn you might have enough points to boost one of the khorne dog squads to 10 guys which would be better for the juggerlord to join - 5 is not quite enough to tank well for him.
