So. It's 3am. I'm insanely tired. And I just realised that I've got a game against a Marcus crew on saturday.

So. I decided I'm going back to the Guild.

I also decided I'm taking Perdita. With Trick Shooting and her trusty badge of office.

I'm taking Nino, with a hair trigger and an itchy finger.

I'm taking two Austringers.

And two pathfinders.

And to top it off, Two trappers.

I can't accomplish schemes, but I can definitely get reckoning.

The question is, does it make me a bad person to take that?

Strats and Schemes?

Definitely consider Aura Ancestral on Perdita. Marcus can debuff non-beasts pretty well and if Perdita gets alpha'd, say bye to lots of things.

Nino- Why? Unless you've got a lot of interract-based schemes, Nino is a pretty weak sniper (but amazing at denying interracts). Rapid fire is okay, but Nino really likes to focus (and not needing to be so close). Santiago is much more durable at close range and works well with Hair Trigger or Tormenta.

Why not Francisco? He's really solid and a Df/Wp 9 Perdita is completely obnoxious.

2 Austringers? Solid, but this is the real cheese.

2 Pathfinders? Why? 1 is usually more than sufficient. It's a solid Frame for Murder model and traps are beyond annoying, but 2 feels like overkill to me. You could have a pair of Hounds or a Watcher/Brutal Effigy + Aura Ancestral and be fine with scheme running too.

2 Trappers? I never understand when I see Guild players bring Trappers. They're stunning in Outcasts because they are 1 SS less than all of the other dedicated snipers (save Hans and Riflemen), but 7 SS in Guild, especially with the elite Perdita, is a lot. You've already got Perdita, Nino (or Santiago), 2 Austringers (which can switch to hand-draining if needed, which they do insanely well), and a Pathfinder.


I would run:

Perdita (Aura Ancestral, Badge of Office, Trick Shooting)
Enslaved Nephilim
Brutal Effigy (cheap, durable, and can run schemes/hand out stones/give Perdita more cards)
Francisco (Wade In) - Durable, great in melee, and a good bodyguard for 'Dita
2 Austringers
1 Pathfinder
Santiago (Hair Trigger) or Abuela.
