A friend of mine came up with an interesting list that I changed up a bit. The game he played with it was interesting.

HQ
Typhus
Sorcerer -mastery 3, spell familiar, sigil

Troop
Plague marines - 5man, 2x melta, combine melta
Plague marines - 5man, 2x melta, combine melta
Plague marines - 5man, 2x plasma, combi plasma
Zombie - 15man
Zombie - 15man

Fast
Dreadclaw
Dreadclaw
Dreadclaw

Heavy
Oblit - 3man, MoN
Oblit - 2man, MoN
Oblit - 2man, MoN

Typhus goes with one 2 man oblit, sorcerer with the other, sorcerer goes all in on nurgle for plaguewind, zombies start on board, 2 pods come in turn 1 to create a beach head, the rest comes in where needed.

I don't think Dreadclaws have Deep Strike protection, do they?

Interesting. Not sure you get the best value from the claws with plagues. Still you can't deny they are solid.

They don't but they can be placed in an open area and then turbo boost where you want them or behind cover out of LOS, and next turn move and deploy. They can also become pretty sold objective grabbers or line breakers with AV12 + Jink.
