CS DP with the artifact that gives him the possessed table thingy is in zooming mode. He rolls to turn into a beast what happens? Can he immediately stop zooming and move like a beast 12 inches and charge?

(From memory) Does he not turn from infantry to beast? In which case it would not apply to a DP.

Yeah the DP isn't infantry in the first place so I don't think this result would apply. I can't see a good reason for taking that relic on a DP in the first place though so it shouldn't really be a big problem.

In addition to Fleet 1/3rd of the time it gives shrouded, another 1/3rd of the time its a 3++. Combine that with the rerolling 1's to save from DPoT and thats pretty good.

Yeah I suppose that's not too bad actually. I'm not sure I'd want to rely on it though with the random chance of getting that 2nd result on the table. Fateweaver could help with that though I suppose.
