A couple of my FLGS friends have things like Gale Force 9 tools, plastic wedges with 6", 2", and 4" sides, or ones that are all in one Flamer/Blast/Small Blast templates. However, GF9 doesn't seem to make these anymore.

Anyone know where one could get similar tools? Also, where could one get good quality wound markers or markers for Jink/Gone to Ground/Stunned/etc?

I was looking for Space Corridors and Industrial Towers and couldn't find anything either.
Maybe try Litko.

For markers, I rather like these even though they're just print outs:

ATTENTION
. Psychic tests are unfluffy. Your longing for AV is understandable but misguided. Your chapter doesn't need a separate codex. Doctrines should go away. Being a "troop" means nothing. This has been a cranky service announcement. You may now resume your regularly scheduled arguing.

I made a number of printable tokens for my Daemons. The sheets can be found here: Token Sheets PDF

The PDF is meant to be printed on gloss cardstock, then punched out using a 1" scrapbooking hole punch (This is the one I use) and then applied to the adhesive backs of these: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AFRWINA?refRID=3V38EGJ8F111J0ANZBRS

I don't remember who gave me the idea to credit it to, but they work pretty well and the plastic makes them fairly durable if you opt for it rather than plain paper. Total cost is minimal.

Hope these help.

This is almost exactly what I was looking for, thanks!

The printout ones are nice, but I don't know if my "free with laptop" printer is good enough to make them look tabletop nice. And no Necron-specific ones :( Though, the Daemon ones would be cool for my Nurgle stuff.

Big help, guys!

Best ideas I have ever seen are an acrillic marker and a dry erase pen (can't use 'marker' twice in one sentence...). Write the first letter of the effect and poof, perfectly marked and wipe it clean when you're done. Daemons player had it for the host of buffs that he could summon in a game. Very useful.

Wounds goes to a small pin, like a paperclip, in the base of the model and small beads are added for every wound. Very small, very unobtrusive on even a scenic base, but there is no question on the number of red beads for how many wounds were taken. Infinitely better than my little brace for 12mm dice.

While still wrapping up their Kickstarter, ModCubes should be rolling out normal production soon-ish.

On the topic of play aids, I use Magic Set Editor to make my own cards to help keep track of things like doctrines, warlord traits, etc. Free program, easy to use.

Any basic printer should be able to get decent print outs these days. One of the keys is to actually use decent paper. Anything printed on copy paper is going to be haphazard at best. But pick up some photo quality paper, and you can get decent results.

I like the dry erase idea quite a bit. I've seen people make cards for each Psyker so they can write down what powers they get, but I think it might be easier to just make a bunch of small blank ones and have the flexibility to use them for whatever.

I I think the issue with the wounds beads is that they'd get lost or spilled somewhere and impossible to find. I really like little wound markers like these, though I guess if you have a lot of multi-wound models that might start to get a bit difficult to keep track of. Maybe just having it marked on the dry-erase board is good as well, so no marker gets knocked around or lost when models get moved, but if you have things like Wraiths or Khorne Hounds, that doesn't really work.

I saw someone use colored rubber bands and put them around a Knight's sword, which was pretty handy. I wonder if there's a way to make a cool themed version of that.

I saw a guy once had a small disk with number 1-6 on it just poking out on the base of his great unclean one and every time he took a wound he just turned the disk a tiny bit. best ive ever seen but took some forward planning for sure.

Facts are chains that bind perception and fetter truth. For a man can remake the world if he has a dream and no facts to cloud his mind.
