Hey guys!

I usually use the (german) "online codex" programm to build my list. It is really comfortable but the latest codexes did not get included into the programm and I think they even stopped development.
So now I need a new tool to build my lists.

What is your favourite listbuilder? (Android / PC)
Is there maybe even an official GW tool?

For PC I prefer Lone Wolf's Army Builder http://www.wolflair.com/index.php?context=army_builder

For android(available on PC as well) I use Battlescribe http://www.battlescribe.net/

I like the army list printouts from army builder much more than battlescribe, but battlescribe can be used on my phone at work.

I used to like Army Builder a lot, but the change in list structure in 7th edition where everything is a detachment has rendered it useless to me. It just doesn't do formations and detachments well. Chaos help you if you try to build a Decurion with it!

My army builder seems to do fine with formations, I just pick the formation I want to add and it does a lot of the base work automatically. As an example I want a support squadron, so I pick that formation and it adds in the required and tells me what I need/can add to the the formation. The printouts are great for tournaments though, they are very detailed so it eliminates a lot of questions about what something is.

Agreed. They've made some very good improvements to how Formations work with their latest release. In their first version of Army Builder that supported 7th edition there were definitely some problems. It's much improved and easier to use now. I still think there could be some improvements, but it's pretty great.

The first release for 7th was pretty rough you are definitely correct. but the first releases for a new BRB/codex with most army builder programs are pretty rough.

It is not cheap but it is a great tool, if you want a cheaper one go with battle scribe pro.
