Yesterday or the day before i visited the GW page. What I saw blew my mind. 50 euro for one pack of breachers or FW. 50!
I assured I was still on the german site and yes I was. Now I'm visiting it again and... its back to 40 €.
Does anyone has an explanation for this? Protest to big? Did they notice, that a price increase from 27 € to 50 € is too big and now "only" increase it by 50%? Seems odd to me.

They have far more plastic and parts in each box now, the sprues are new and they are the first set to give doubles of every main drone type. The new sculpts are superb. I feel this is a case where the price hyke is justified. Also, if you want, buy some pathfinder torso bits and use some old fire warrior legs and you can essentially use what's in the box to make another 10 man squad for essentially 10$ usd. Thrust me, it's what I did, and I now have 20 fire warriors for 60 dollars which is far Cheaper than what I could do before.

P.s. 10 extra of those shoulder pad bits is conversion gold.

That's why you need to buy a bunch of cheap kaiju HeroClix and call them Fire Warriors. Buy some Mechwarrior plastics and call them Crisis suits.

You spent $60 to make 20 fire warriors. That's $3 a model.

You used to be able to spend $70 for 24 fire warriors. That's about $2.92 a model.

The drones are stupidly priced solo, but if I were you I'd look for ones on sale on ebay. You'll have to wait and look, but very ally someone sells about 10+ drone chassis at once for real cheap.

Also GW is too expensive, but complaining about it is pointless when what we need to do is figure out how to work around it.

True. The best three ways of working around GW prices:

- Buying better priced minis from other companies.
- Going eBay.
- Going chinese.

40€ for 10 plastic humanoid models is sheer insanity no matter how you look at it.

You do know the box comes with 10 of the new style and 10 of the old style? I don't like the new style much, though I can appreciate the verity.

Nope, didn't know that but I have 60 firewarriors which just makes me wish that I could buy the turret and drone separately; maybe I can later through some bit seller on ebay.
