I'd imagine Imperial Guard Psychic powers would be like a suped up version of Orders. Suddenly, all your soldiers can fire(and reload) EVEN FASTER, become fearless, and actually great on the charge. Feel no pain, and Eternal Warrior for all Codex: AM in the unit!
