So I've always been a fan of the Ogre Kingdoms, But something that always made me think is what is the Great Maw, What does it look like and is it in AOS ? It's just something that made me thing, Is it a alien creature or is it some ' virus ' that was crashed into the Warhammer world. As ogre try to stop it from growing due to the last time it grew, destroyed lots of the ogre lands, Responsible for there migration and destruction of Sky Titans.

The Great Maw appears to be a giant meteorite that crashed into where the OK were and just bored right through to the other side, as shown in this map. Note the giant whirlpool to the left of Lustria.

There is not this idea.

It does make me wonder; if the great maw doesn't exist anymore, are the ogres still affected by it?

That would require there to be background for them in AoS.

Wait...

I have faith in their ability to come up with something incredibly contrived.

The Great Maw exists in AoS, or at least a being very close.
He shows up briefly in "The Solace of Rage", he's referred to as the Ravenous One, lives within the Realms of Chaos, has cook-priests and opens Maw-portals for Ogors to attack through.
In the story a daemon hijacks his magic and redirects the portals elsewhere and calls him feeble though.

Cool that he made it to AoS without being a tyranids reference. (There were several theories of that in the old fluff....)

Not concerned with him being called feeble, daemons aren't exactly known for being fair with their opinions.
