CNN has this lovely piece on gender & sexuality.

"The term comes from adding the prefix "pan," which means all, to sexuality, suggesting that people who identify as pansexual are not restricted in their sexuality to those of the opposite gender (heterosexuality), to the same gender (homosexuality) or to the binary genders of men and women (bisexuality)."

Or, as Miley Cyrus puts it....
Spoiler:
"I am literally open to every single thing that is consenting and doesn't involve an animal and everyone is of age. Everything that's legal, I'm down with. Yo, I'm down with any adult -- anyone over the age of 18 who is down to love me. I don't relate to being boy or girl, and I don't have to have my partner relate to boy or girl."

And yes, thats the image from CNN's frontpage.

So, what exactly is the subject for conversation here? This seems exactly like the version of this you just posted that was locked because there was nothing to talk about.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

I'll leave my opinion of Miley Cyrus below.

Edit: FYI, re-posting threads that have been locked is a good way to get on the Mods' "______ list".

He's baiting to have people come in and say something roughly positive and/or supportive of it so he come in with the "Mans a Man, Womans a Woman. Those academic liberals in their Ivory Towers sure can't see what reality it is." Seriously paint by the numbers stuff here. You like, read this forum pretty regularly right? Not sure where your confusion is coming from.

That was criticism, not a sincere question.

That twerking chicken is, perhaps, the most disturbing thing I've seen in over a year. I'm not going to lie, I've seen some dark things, but that chicken. Yeesh! Makes me nauseated and aroused in equal measure.

It's been on the internet for like two years, nothing new.

I don't really have any opinion on the pansexual thing, but I was swiping through tinder and there was a girl (?) identifying as one, so I swept left and didn't think about it too much.

Holy gak, did you just repost a topic that was locked by mods?

Spoiler:

I think personally think you should have stuck with your strategy of saying outrageous things for responses, that worked pretty well for a while. Just essentially kicking a mod in the balls and saying he's a punk? I feel like that's too far even for the OT.

You mean the thread I accidentally posted in the wrong forum and asked to have locked?

As for discussion....frankly I'm just scratching my head over how on earth this ended up on the front page of CNN.

...b...But the yellow triangle is for reporting posts. Ones you think have content in violation of the forum rules that should be removed and the poster reprimanded for. That's not the kind of thing that leads to friendship at all!

You should see it at Christmas when it has a Santa hat on.

Then use the red circle button of friendship instead.

Because it's a slow day, and even CNN has a quota of fluff stories to show? Do you really need to ask this?

You could put pretty much anything on the "head". That's just a disturbing image.
