Anyone have any ideas about expanding from the bloodbound starter set units. I'm looking at picking up Blood Warriors, Skarr BlBloodwrath, Wrathmongers and a Skullcannon. Any suggestions?

For money saving, I recently picked up a Skullcannon and put the extra Herald of Khorne that comes with it on a 40mm round base as a walking herald. It's an easy thing to do. I put him on a piece of the throne. I'd also recommend Bloodletters - the mortal wounds on 6s are quite tough and they benefit from the Bloodsecrator's power too.

That's intriguing - do you have a better pic? Hoping those packs offer some discount...

You won't really go wrong with any of those. Might suggest the Bloodreavers box set and a War Altar to really get the synergies going. In fact, the War Altar should probably be on your list regardless

Also, consider Bloodletters, especially if you are using the Legions of Chaos Time of War rule that lets your Lord call down daemons when things start to go really wrong!

Blood warriors all the way. They are just much much better than the reavers

I recently went all in AoS and Khorne here is what I purchased and have really enjoyed it. I have added the following to my starter set models:

Scarbrand (just to cool)
Valkrya the Bloody
Skullgrinder
2x boxes of Blood Warriors
1x box wraithmongers
1x box of skullreapers
1x box of Skullcrushers

I can say without a doubt the blood warriors are the core of any list and would recommend you give them two axes over the gorefists. I made the mistake the first time and realized how rarely it seemed to work. The rerolling of 1s to hit is massive when you start adding in extra attacks from the banner, goretide formation and wraithmongers. They are getting 5 attacks each even if they die. It is also important to put the massive goreglaive on your champion so he gets 6 (2 damage, 1 rend attacks).

The next box I would recommend is wraithmongers. They are amazing on many levels by giving extra attacks and most importantly to kill big characters. It brings me so much pleasure having a massive dragon or hero kill themselves after killing a single wraithmonger. The are weaker against shooting but against big guys they do really well.

I'm personally shooting from the Red Headsmen but am also intrigued by this new box that has been posted.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd
