It's not bad considering its only had like about 6 episodes, the lack of filler and the engaging fight scenes mean that I am all in for a second season.

That is indeed great news, the way the first season ended (maybe they are doing like TWD, where the season is in two parts?) left a lot of explaining to do for the future, and I can't wait to find out what happens.

Me too... My wife was saying, "if he could turn he woulda done it before now in the show" but I was thinking that perhaps it was so repressed within him that he literally couldn't do it (until that final fight)

The wife and I are fairly sure he's a "Dark One" that was "cleansed" as the Baron's wife's(forget her name) father wanted to do to MK.
