With RAW and ignoring common sense rulings, any psyker can take every psychic power from any and every school allowed to them. It just depends on what you define the function as when it comes to how many magic spells they get per mastery level. Because function refers to literally any algebraic equation.
X = Y
is just as valid a function as
X = 2Y
is also just as valid a function as
X = 30Y
Where X is the number of sci-fi magic spells known and Y is the number of Mastery Levels.

Rad Grenades in 30k.
The Death Guard RoW lets every character buy Rad grenades. RAW, Rad grenades do not stack within the unit (10 rad grenades in 1 unit only count as 1 rad grenade), however rad grenades last the entire assault phase. Charge the same enemy unit with 4 of your own separate units/characters with rad grenades, -4 toughness total, win!

I'll never be able to repay CA for making GW realize that The Old World was a cash cow, left to die in a field. |

Ork characters with no other models in their units are able to pass the "Breaking Heads" result on the mob rule table, which normally requires you to take D6 S4 hits to represent them punching each other until they get back into the fight. The hits cannot be allocated to a character and it mentions that any excess hits are lost.
This means that a scared lone ork nob can stay in the fight by swinging his weapon around in the air.

For a while when 2 necron armies were fighting each other you could use your opponent's ressurection orb.
The rule was something like 'any Necron unit within 12"
Heck that might still be possible.

From the DE book:
"Whilst a model is embarked on a vehicle with splinter racks, all splinter weapons (p106) have the Twin-linked special rule."
RAW, as long as I have at least one model embarked on a transport with Splinter Racks, every splinter weapon on the board is twin-linked.
I think what amuses me most about this one is that there's really no other way to read it.

Maybe that's how GW really intended for it to work, and DE suck so much right now because no one's playing them correctly.

That thought certainly crossed my mind, too.

This right there is one of the many reasons GW needs to adopt the WarmaHordes method of rules/abilities with the same name do not stack.

That boggled my mind the first time that happened to me. I was legit flabbergasted that is what happened. Of course it also happened to my Helturkey which failed it's 2+ Daemonic Resiliance (which did not surprise me. Thanks Chaos Gods *grumbles).
The thing that I find most hilarious is that you can throw a krak grenade at a flyer and explode it.
Another thing is, if I'm not mistaken, you can hit FMC with blast and template weapons if you have Skyfire (like from a Mysterious Objective or another flyer firing a blast template for example). The 'Hard to Hit' rule is worded differently for FMC vs Flyers. I briefly saw a thread about this a while ago but I don't know how real it is. Still the concept is amusing, I suppose.
