Plan is to hold back and gunline it. BMs can reach across the table so I don't have to worry too much about being out ranged. Three Str8, Ignores Cover blasts a turn should do well against most targets at this point range. Sorcerers Hide behind cultists, looking to roll Symphony of Pain. If anything gets close enough to my line I'll use it to -1 Weapon/Ballistic skill as well as adding 1Str to my BMs, plus they stack, so if I get both off that's Str10 Weapon/Ballistic Skill -2.

Still have 1-2 powers to roll on another table as you cant roll all your powers from the Chaos Discipline.

What do you think?

It should do some damage, but it's still not very durable or mobile. I'd be interested to see how it does. It seems like you could use this as a core for higher points, and bring in a bunch of Slaanesh DP's with Lash of Submission flying around.

As for the psychic powers, I'd roll the remaining 1 or 2 of telepathy for both. Psychic Shriek is very strong, and goes well with the ignores cover theme. If you also happen to get shrouding or invis it could be good. Shrouding is probably best though to cover a few groups.

That's a fun idea. Sounds pretty chaotic to be honest, might have to try it. I've only got three units made but I think I could get another.

I would try to spread them out in cover just in case my opponent deepstikes something nasty. Its a bit of a glass cannon build but I think it should do fairly well though the lack of mobility would make it a tad bit boring to play.

Shrouding or Invisibility would be icing on the cake

Slaanesh DP with lash if submission is no longer a thing.

Here is another idea. Instead of using 3x squads of noise marines, what about 1 squad and a sonic dread with BM and warp amp. dread can swap its pfist with a missle launcher for free, plus when it stands still it can shoot its sonic weapons twice! and you can choose to give it gets hot + rending on the sonic weapons. this way you still have 3 BM shots but you have 80 points more to play with

Well there is a greater reward, wrong name though. Lash of Despair is what I was thinking.

Even better! However I don't have IA so I wouldn't have the rules (or model) to run it

Why Aye Ya Canny Dakkanaughts!

Mate, not to be a downer but the rules are "one blastmaster per 10 models". This brings the cost of your noise marines up to 210pts each and 630pts in total.

You would only have 120pts left: not enough to field two squads of cultists (200pts) and two sorcerers (280pts).

Sorry but I thought I'd tell you.

I am very certain they errata that so you can have 1 at 5 man and another 1 at 10 men thereby allowing you to double up blast masters at 10 men.

It's in the official CSM FAQ on the website. 1 blastmaster at 5 noise marines and 2 at 10.
