Marine from the Battle of Calth box with FW decals, I tried some speed painting techniques on him. Mostly base colour wash 1 highlight. Same goes for the Execution force Cultist.
I am planning to use them as Cultist for Execution force, Word Bearers and Thousand Sons. Triple duty!

Nicely done. The cultists look especially nice.

TheEyeOfNight- I swear, this thread is 70% smack talk, 20% RP organization, and 10% butt jokes
TheEyeOfNight- "Ordo Xenos reports that the Necrons have attained democracy, kamikaze tendencies, and nuclear fission. It's all tits up, sir."
Space Marine flyers are shaped for the greatest possible air resistance so that the air may never defeat the SPACE MARINES!
Sternguard though, those guys are all about kicking ass. They'd chew bubble gum as well, but bubble gum is heretical. Only tau chew gum

The red armour is very effective, especially for speed painting! What paints / wash did you use?

Marines from the Battle of Calth box with FW decals.
IMO a nice collaboration of Scarsminis and me.
Peter really is the man, he followed my colour scheme from the mini below 100 %!

The Execution force Cultists are done, another great collaboration of Peter and me.
Even I have a hard time picking the Cultist I have painted...

I am planning to use them as Cultist for Execution force, Word Bearers and Thousand Sons.

They look great! I love how cool the marines look with (what I assume is) quite a quick method!

The highlights are nicely soft and blended – did you do a few thin coats to build them up?

Good turnout! For a speed painting technique there, you've got a very nice finish. Useful seeing the squad as well, the scheme translates nicely by the seems to a larger bunch of marines.

I might be quite late but how did you make those "heavy shadows" on red? Just Carroburg or?

Yeah I read that I was quite stunned by the fact that only one shade would have done that huge shadow

Thank you man
