So I bought the Path to Glory supplement the other day and I really like the concept! Great way to frame your regular games with some personal narrative and get you invested in some characters in the game.
I only had one little issue with it... I don´t collect any chaos models. Neither does my friend. I got a bunch of high elves and he got dwarfs.
So! The idea of the Order equivalent of Path to Glory was born! Path to Vengeance!
Setting: Instead of chaos warbands fighting and champions trying to become Deamon Princes, you have a hero from one of the four big Order factions and his band of loyal fighters! The hero and his company have suffered much under the reign of chaos and lost far more. But as we all know the tide is turning! The Stormcast Eternals have arrived and with them a new hope. Old friends reunite when the lost champions return as reforged Stormcasts and the spark of ambition ignites! What do you have to do to get a snazzy new warhammer and sigmarite suit of armor?!
Rule alterations: The players choose one Hero from the factions of Aelves, Duardin, Seraphon or Free People and rolls on the appropriate follower tables(everything copied from the chaos versions but adapted for the different races) and start to engage in training battle to prove who among them is most worthy of becoming a Stormcast Eternal! (I´m not sure what would be a suitable replacement for a Deamon Prince here, Lord Castellant? Knight-Venator or Azyros? Celestant Prime?)
Everything else about winning conditions and rolls made after the battles are the same as the chaos version. The gifts would be from different Big Names that are appropriet, Gift from Allariell for Aelvs, Gift from Lord Croak for Sepaphon, Gift from Grungni/Grimnir for Duardin and Gift from Karl Franz? Sigmar? for Free People.
Now I might be considered a douche for just throwing this out without any meat on(the actual updating of all the tables

) But I have no experience of playing any other faction then my own High Elves so I wouldn´t know where to start with everyone else stuff.
My first thought was to check if anyone have seen this made anywhere already or if anyone is interested in maybe altering one of the many tables in the supplement?
Feedback?

Cheers!
