Ok, I have the official rules for the wraithseer from imperial armor, and wonder if there are a couple of typos. First, it says he is only a psyker lol 1, yet he has 3 powers.
2nd, size wise, it looks like he has a heavy wraith cannon , but the write up says wraith cannon.
Opinions?

There is another book for him coming out directly. I'd wait a little bit.

Rules are updated in the latest FW book, Doom of Mymeara. It was released early this week or last week.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

A Psyker can know more powers than he has mastery levels (some people ignore everything after a bold sentence in the psychic phase rules and see no distinction between "depends" and "equals" leading them to a false result). For the wraithseer, we are told explicitly which powers he knows, so that is a non-issue.

The previous IA11 edition contained a mistake regarding his shoulder cannon, using the name of the wraithguard gun. However, meant was and explicitly spelled out in IA11 2nd Edition is a D-Cannon, same as the support battery can use. Also, they added the wraithguard weapon as cheaper option now.

Indeed, if he couldn't then psychic focus would be impossible.
