Well, twenty Immortals with gauss weapons are a decent start.
I'd add a Night Scythe for bringing a unit where you want it.

Praetorians get a bit more use than Lychguard, but if you have an Overlord on foot you can consider the guard. Praetorians though get some good use out of that Rod of the Covenant. I won't say it's much needed AP2, but it does help against certain things.

Deathmarks are a good thing to have if you run a Destroyer Cult apparently. I say apparently because I don't have any yet but I've been struggling to slot my Destroyer Lord (my Warlord cause I like the model) in somewhere useful and was told that it was a good place to have the Preferred Enemy. And since Deathmarks are a bit more high risk, it makes sense to have a tough melee Lord in there too to help out so the unit isn't immediately written off if Assaulted.

I don't think I'd ever use more than ten Immortals, but I'm not a fan of the waves of guys on foot. I'm much more of an 'elite army' type when it comes to Necrons. Boosting my units to annoying levels. Destroyer Cult with Triarch Stalker support to make them essentially BS10, Canoptik Harvest doing Wraith things, Tomb Blades with Command Barge support. So keep in mind that my views are a little skewed.

Immortals are definitely good but I'd advise against putting min-sized squads on the field. 5-man shooting squads just don't do much.
Deathmarks are good in small sizes, but it seems you need the Immortals.

With the current number you have, I'd say build 20 Immortals and put them in 2 squads of 10. Equip them with Gauss weapons since they're the most versatile.

As far as praetorians/lychguard go, I know people who swear by both.
Lychguard with shield 'n sword are very good body guards and pretty tough. The only downside is that they're awfully slow so you probably want a Night Scythe to fly them to the other side.
Praetorians are faster than Lychguard (since they're Jump infantry) so they don't need the Night Scythe to work to their full potential. They're also one of the little sources of AP2 Necrons have (if you take their staff weapons) which is definitely a boon. They're only initiative 2 and they aren't as tough as Lychguard with their shields, but they're definitely not fragile by any definition of the word.

For Praetorians, I'd recommend putting them in squads of 10 as well. They're probably going to attract some shooting so the squad size is going to shrink before they're in combat and you don't want to end up charging with only 2 Praetorians.
Lychguard work better than Praetorians in smaller squad sizes.

You don't have to be happy when you lose, just don't make winning the condition of your happiness.

Immortals are a great troop choice. They're tough, and have a lot of firepower. You wont go much wrong with them.

Deathmarks are also a great choice, especially against the Wraithknight. Wounding on a 2 is never to be sniffed at.

One thing I'll add: Thinking of getting an annihilation barge? Don't. Get a Gauss Sentry Pylon instead. Ultimately a much better unit for only 10-25 pts more.
