I play orks, speed freak style (with 18 bikes per game normally). But I play mostly against tyranids (these are the easy games), necrons, and dark angels (how I hate those 3+ Re-rollable jink saves...) and I can't find a way to win against either... Sure it's fun to lose as orks as anyway a game goes is fun, buts frustrating as hell...anyone got suggestions on how I can win or at least come closer to winning. Thanks for any suggestions.

There's not much you can do about rerollable jink saves as our codex does not have that much ignores cover to deal with that. Burnas in trucks ignore those jink but they will still have their regular 3+ save.

Burnaz and Close Combat against bikes for sure, its the only good way to deal with them.

Ork Bikestars can get 2+ rerollable sometimes.

What you need:
1) Zhardsnark. If you are playing with Ork Bikes he is a must.
2) Warboss on Bike with Da Lucky Stik. This is the guy with the reroll.
3) Painboy on Bike. Not required but highly recommended.
4) A Squad of Warbikers.
5) Night Fighting, Stealth in Ruins, or 1st turn.

Jink then gets you.
4+ Cover.
+1 for Skilled rider (Zhardsnark)
+1 for Night Fighting
+1 for Turboboosting.
+1 for Stealth in Ruins if any member of the Squad is in Ruins.

If you want to ensure you are rocking the 2+, you need a another HQ with Da Finkin Kap to be your warlord. That gets you 2 Strategic Traits 1 of which is rerollable. That means you have a 50.56% chance to get Night Fighting, or a 50.56% chance to get Stealth in ruins or an 95.56% chance of getting one or the other. In addition, runnning a bikestar like that means you can beat anything necrons or Dark Angels can field in CC.

They don't get rerollable saves in close combat!

My speed freek list generally fares well vs crons at least as my tactic is to get into cc while on top of an objective. Them, the game is a meat grinder but I get the points thanks to Obsec.

Also don't forget the humble Blitza Bommer! Those attacks during the movement phase can't be jinked, baaaaaybee.

"Got you, Yugi! Your Rubric Marines can't fall back because I have declared the tertiary kaptaris ka'tah stance two, after the secondary dacatarai ka'tah last turn!"

"So you think, Kaiba! I declared my Thousand Sons the cult of Duplicity, which means all my psykers have access to the Sorcerous Facade power! Furthermore I will spend 8 Cabal Points to invoke Cabbalistic Focus, causing the rubrics to appear behind your custodes! The Vengeance for the Wronged and Sorcerous Fullisade stratagems along with the Malefic Maelstrom infernal pact evoked earlier in the command phase allows me to double their firepower, letting me wound on 2s and 3s!"

"you think it is you who has gotten me, yugi, but it is I who have gotten you! I declare the ever-vigilant stratagem to attack your rubrics with my custodes' ranged weapons, which with the new codex are now DAMAGE 2!!"

"...which leads you straight into my trap, Kaiba, you see I now declare the stratagem Implacable Automata, reducing all damage from your attacks by 1 and triggering my All is Dust special rule!"

Send a few MANz missiles at them. This one DA player where I am consistently uses marine skimmers with 2+ rerollable jink saves. Last game I destroyed all goddamn five of them. My 3 MANz took out two of them turn 1 (though they died immediately after because I rolled three 1's out of four armor saves), while my choppas and stormboyz were left to take out the rest.

Don't waste a single bullet on those things. Charging boyz can glance them on 6's, and on the charge, you're getting a lot of attacks that hit on a 3+. Granted, you could have terrible luck like I did that game and only get two glances out of 45 attacks, but generally if you get those things into CC with orks, they're going down.

I've found that you need to focus on smaller squads and force jinks on the larger ones. It's no way you can outshoot them but can deal with them in melee unless they get invisibility or endurance.

VSG also helps a lot cause you can live through 1-st turn relatively unharmed cause they mostly rely on plazma and it needs three 5-s or 6-s to go through void shields. Than they get close enough for a counter-charge.

Now about the counter-charge. It's essential. You can't win DA without a counter-charge - simple as that. Even one or two bikes will demolish your backlines. And you won't be able to reliably shoot them down with 3+ rerollable. MANz missiles and koptas will be a good thing vs them. Koptas charge in and eat overwatch, manz charge in and will reliably kill any small-mid squad. Yep, they might get a few rends through. But even 2 MANz will deal 3-4 wounds. And the standard squad is 3 strong.

Larger squads you need to either ignore if you can't deal with them, or charge with multiple units to do as much damage as possible.

Shoot down speeders and attack bikes - those only have 4+ rerollable and are a threat on their own.

Alternatively, run forgeworld stuff like a kustom stompa with massive d blasts and hellstorm s6 ap3 cannons. That's an easy solution. You basically outcheeze them.

How are you getting a "re-rollable" 2+ jink save? Last I check, da lucky stick only allowed you to reroll armor and invul saves. At best, you can get a 2+ jink and a 5+ FNP and you don't have to have the 2nd warboss.

Tactically, if you are running speed freaks and you have bikes, you should consider running zhadsnark. His warlord trait makes it worth it.

"...the bearer can choose to re-roll any To Hit or To Wound rolls or saving throws...".

You can get 2+ re-rollable sometimes. Backed up with 5+++ fnp that can also be re-rolled if your painboss has a runt.

I suggest more powerklaws and more charging.

What kind of list is the tyranid playewr running through? Is it 3 flyrants? if so then you will indeed have a tough day. But otherwise, I wouldnt worry too much about the shooting phase, except maybe from your lootas and one or two units of the bikes. The bikes are great because you can move 24" on the first turn and benefit from a 3+ jink save. then you assault that first turn.
