I'm actually trying to build up to this for the army. I have the HQ, Troops, and Wracks for the Elites so far. I'm open to any changes since the army itself you could say is still in early development
Any models that could/ would have to be changed is not an issue as well, since like I said its something that I'm building.

Without completely changing it (Wracks are pretty bad, Incubi are meh)...
Why take a FA Venom when you can make it a dedicated transport for the Incubi? Otherwise it's giving up an extra VP in the Scouring.
It's nearly always worth taking a Klaivex in the Incubi for all the extra attacks.
It's always worth taking the extra Splinter Cannon on the Venom.
Give the Haemonculus a weapon (Scissorhand is good and cheap), otherwise he just doesn't do anything.
The Kabalite Warriors may also only take a heavy weapon for every 10 models.

Okay, with that then the pts goes up to 630. How would the modified list do in any given battle theoretically?

Probably not that well but it depends whether your opponents play competitively or not. There's little/no anti armour in the list.
