Here is an simple way to add that burned effect to your meltas or flamers.

The effect is good, and your explanation's decent, but to be honest it shows that you haven't done this much before - the video gets blurry a fair bit, you seem a little unsure of your script, and the lighting's not great while you're actually painting. Still, useful technique, so I'm glad I watched.

Hey, nice to know that effect is not really that hard to do. Maybe I'll try it on some of my own models. Thanks for posting!

The Grotsnik Corp Bump Feelerer 9,000. It only looks like several bricks crudely gaffer taped to a cricket bat.

Thanks for the comment, this was our first painting video for TJ. We will only improve from here! Thanks for watching!

The tutorial is useful, but I thought I was going to lose my mind:

Nuln Oil. It's Nuln oil. Not NUN oil. They don't press nuns to make it.

Also, 'sepia' is pronounced 'see-pee-ah". I don't know what you were trying to say instead of Seraphim, but I think at one point you called the color 'Sophia'.

It might seem nitpicky, but if you are going to do a video with sound, you should probably bother to figure out how to pronounce stuff. You're obviously a good painter, and you've gone to all the bother to get tutorials set up, so don't skimp on the voiceover. If the tutorial was bloody useless, or if your paint job looked like crap, this would not bother me--but it's a good tutorial otherwise!
