What caught me right away was the white undercoat. For those colors I would have done black or grey for sure.

Those Fyreslayers are actually very cool models IMHO, and Emma does a good job showing how to paint them.

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/7/24, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700

The Grotsnik Corp Bump Feelerer 9,000. It only looks like several bricks crudely gaffer taped to a cricket bat.

White undercoat is the stuff of dreams! I live by it. Never doubt it.

Great to see GW use more Corax White too, but you don't need "two thin layers" of everything when you're working from white, in my opinion :-)

Bye bye Dakkadakka, happy hobbying! I really enjoyed my time on here. Opinions were always my own :-)

No, but it does build up a good strong colour
