I am a little confused, when i see piks on the site some of the 2 man teams are based together and some are not what is the proper way? This includes flame throwers,Lmg BAzookas and shrek teams.

It's up to you. There are no blast weapons in the game, so having two small bases or one larger one don't matter too much. I've done both in my germans.

I put the flame thrower team on separate bases and the sniper on the larger base with his spotter on a smaller base. Looks better that way, and I like being able to remove team members as it takes damage.

It's all personal preference.

As noted, there is no basing standard for Bolt Action.

You can mount them on one base if you want, or mount them separately if you want. Single basing makes casualties easier, but provides less options for scenic display.

This is true for all weapon/crew teams. You could base a four man mortar team all on separate bases with the mortar on it's own base, or put them all on the same base. It is up to the user (it's also why you can see square and round bases for the same gun/weapon team, as the owner chose a particular one for their gun/crew and went with it).
