Most recent rumors are from reliable sources stating that Space Wolves are getting a multi-week release in February. Also that plastic rubric marines are coming at some point, but there will not be a new Chaos Space Marines codex this year.

The "New Year, New Army Email" thread is somewhat misleadingly the kind of main thread for 40k rumours at the moment. Could do with a proper thread.

40k rumours tend to be broken down into sub threads around factions or armies. The size and regularity of 40k updates precludes a one stop shop. The admech and 6th ed cron threads ran to 150+ pages iirc. No way could one manage that and still have a viewable thread!

As Ratius says, it would not be practical to have one single thread, so they are broken down instead.

The only things we have reliable rumor info on thus far this year is:
1. Sad Panda says new Space Wolves in February.
2. Skittari + Ad Mech being combined into a single proper Cult Mechanicus codex.
3. New plastic Thousand Sons kit "sometime after summer" according to both Panda & Lady Atia.
However, no badly needed new codex or model line re-boot until sometime in 2017, likely closer to summer than being among the initial releases.
Anything else currently is purely hearsay and speculation at this point.
Until something comes down from one of the reliable sources, it's best to always take anything with a small salt mine!

There was a rumor about a Codex: Farsight Enclaves in February which may or may not have a single model release. Though the rumor monger said likely to be lucky if there is a single release for it.
It came from a reliable rumor source on ATT who wasn't wrong about any of the Tau rumors and even predicted a few rumors that no one else had.
