Death korps end up on Helgan, turns out the populous isn't interested in joining the imperium, bloody hijinks ensues.
This is Purely a ground war. So no troops can be deployed from space.
And explain why you think your side would win.

I don't know. Exterminatus is not what I had in mind, I was thinking more like a war of "conventional" weapons.
