Dakka is generally automatic fire, however brrrt is much faster generally being the sound of a Gatling gun and with many more bullets at a time. It sounds dumber but there's some logic to it, since if the orks believe red paint makes something go faster perhaps enough exposure to this would make them believe that making that sound while shooting let's them fire thier gun faster. Not to mention they could make their bullets probably have better penetration by painting them red.
...Kinda feels better to say then "Brrrrt! Brrrrt! Brrrrt!"
His pattern of returning alive after being declared dead occurred often enough during Cain's career that the Munitorum made a special ruling that Ciaphas Cain is to never be considered dead, despite evidence to the contrary.

Well you paint your bullets yellow to be more explody and if your shoota is shooting fast enough it turns red on its own if you hold down the trigger long enough (that's when you know you got lots of fast dakka).
